RentMeter (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a digital property register. When you use the app to manage your rental property, PG, or guest house, we collect the information you enter to keep your records organized:
Your property and tenant records are used solely to run your day-to-day rental register. This includes calculating total rent collected, tracking pending dues, updating room occupancy status, and generating rent receipts that you can share directly via WhatsApp. We do not sell, rent, or trade your tenant lists or payment data to advertisers or third-party lead brokers.
We take the security of your property data seriously. In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India:

You own your property records. You can update tenant details, edit room allocations, and adjust payment logs at any time inside the app. If you decide to stop using RentMeter, you can request complete deletion of your account and all associated property data by contacting us at rentmeterapp@gmail.com. We process verified deletion requests promptly.
